Our privacy statement was created to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, and to answer the questions you may have about the way our website collects personal information.


How does MT Design use the information I provide?

MT Design uses the information you provide by email or phone only to provide quotations, invoices, or advice to you personally; should you request it.

MT Design will not sell or give away your personal information to any other person, company or organisation, unless:

  1. it is required by law, or;
  2. you expressly agree to us giving out your information.

We analyze non-identifiable website traffic data to help improve our services to you. Data such as the type of operating system you use, browser software, screen resolution, and other non-identifiable user information is reviewed on an aggregate basis in order to tailor our website to user needs.

Why does MT Design record IP Addresses?

When a user visits MT Design, our computers record their IP address. This IP address will be recorded and sent when a user contacts us, in order to prevent spam and fraudulent activity.

What are cookies and why does MT Design use them?

What is "spam" and does MT Design send it?

The widely accepted definition of "spam" is unsolicited commercial email, or in other words, email of a commercial nature that the recipient does not want. MT Design does not send "spam". We will only contact you via email in response to a message that you have sent to MT Design, to discuss a project which you have specifically requested, or if you have expressly given permission for us to send you email updates and/or offers.
